1. Who we are
This website belongs to Tech Hero LTDA, CNPJ 55.419.417/0001-85 (Brazilian company registration number), headquartered in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, "LGPD"), we are the controller of the data processed on this website.

2. What data we process
- Browsing data: pages visited, button clicks, device and browser type, approximate city. Statistics and marketing tools collect them only if you allow it in the cookie notice.
- Website address typed in the Audit-Hero field: on this website, the address is used only in your browser, to copy it and open the Audit-Hero tool. This field does not send it to us.
- WhatsApp conversations and emails: when you contact us, we receive what you choose to send (name, phone number, messages).
- Audit-Hero tool and portal (techhero.dev.br/audit): when you analyze a website or buy the report, we process the analyzed address and the data requested at purchase, which are needed to generate and deliver the report. Payments are processed by Mercado Pago; we do not receive your card details.
- Technical security data: the hosting provider (Vercel) records the IP address and request data to keep the website online and protected against attacks.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and this website is not aimed at people under 18.

4. Cookies
Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser. You choose which ones to accept in the notice that appears on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences, in the footer.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you accept. If you decline, they do not run. We use Google Consent Mode: without your acceptance, no statistics cookie is stored.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to run the website and our services:
- Vercel (website hosting);
- Google (Google Analytics, only with consent);
- Meta (Meta Pixel, only with consent; and WhatsApp, when you contact us);
- Mercado Pago (payment for the Audit-Hero report);
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil. In these cases, the transfer follows what the LGPD allows (art. 33), with providers that adopt adequate protection standards. We do not sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
- Cookie choice: 12 months (then we ask again).
- Statistics and marketing data: for each tool's retention period (see the table above), and only if you accepted.
- Conversations and emails: while there is a business relationship and for the period needed to meet legal obligations.
- Report purchase data: for the period required by tax law.
7. Security
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), headers that protect against common attacks and spam protection on forms. Access to data is restricted to those who need it to do their work.
8. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- correction of incomplete or incorrect data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- portability;
- deletion of data processed with your consent;
- information about who we share it with;
- withdrawal of consent (just change the Cookie preferences).
To exercise any right, write to contato@techhero.dev.br. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Important changes also appear in the cookie notice.
